As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient production process. You motivate and coach your employees to follow and execute procedures and work instructions effectively. Of course, you don't do this alone. You work closely with Spanish and Dutch colleagues from departments such as purchasing, quality, supply chain, and HR. You do not only focus on processes but also on people.
