As QA employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for the correct handling of questions and complaints in the field of quality and food safety within Huijbregts Groep. These questions and complaints from our suppliers and customers mainly come in by e-mail. It is then your job to register them correctly, investigate them and handle them properly. You also prepare the corresponding trend analyses for these complaints, are involved in internal audits and offer support to your colleagues in supervising customer audits. Processing documentation related to quality issues is your core task. In short: a versatile (mainly administrative) role in which you get to see a lot in the field of quality within our organization.
