We are looking for a quality coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality management. The quality coordinator's responsibilities include inspecting materials, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures in line with our headquarters in Helmond (Netherlands).
Huijbregts Iberica SL in Massanes is starting up and growing strongly, so the focus for the first period will mainly be on operational tasks. Because of the great diversity in tasks you will get to see a lot of all the quality processes. As the organization grows, you can shape your own development together with the headquarters of Huijbregts Groep in the Netherlands. You fit with us if you
- Have a quality related degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Are proactive and have a can-do attitude and are able to work on own initiative and demonstrate enthusiasm.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Have a cheerful and positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Have an excellent knowledge of Spanish and English, spoken and written.
